How to order online

Order online. The site is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – the quickest and easiest way to order!

1) Navigate to your selected product.

2) Click the orange 'Add To Cart' button.

3) Click on the shopping cart symbol in the upper left corner above the categories menu. You can then select whether to 'view your cart' to estimate shipping costs or select 'Checkout' to be taken to the secure order processing pages.

What are my payment options?
You can pay with a credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

Order Confirmation
When you complete your order we will send you an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order. If you spot any mistakes in relation to your order (for example, an incorrect delivery address) please let us know as soon as you can on (02) 9453 9247. When we have despatched your order we will send you another email letting you know that your rug is on its way. This is your tax invoice.

Our website stocklist is kept up-to-date, however there are the odd occassions when your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock fluctuations. If this arises, Rug2u.com.au will contact you to suggest an alternative rug, place the rug on back order or to cancel your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order for any reason get in touch with us as soon as you can by calling (02) 9453 9247. Generally we won’t be able to cancel an order that has already been despatched to you.
